By Phillip Groom, author of ‘Heroic Quest – An Optimists Guide to Life’

There are several reactions to adrenalin that are well recognized, “Fight or Flight” being the most commonly understood. Adrenalin increases your awareness of the situation and depending on your physical tolerance and mental attitude, it can fill you with strength and courage, or it can fill you with doubt, fear and weakness.

Reactions to adrenalin can be totally crippling and overwhelming; when panic sets in they can result in Freezing or even Fainting. (Pretty handy that they all start with F.) This would probably mean running away, but if the situation is particularly extreme, it could result in you freezing “like a rabbit in the headlights” or even fainting! This is not as daft as it first sounds because being on the ground gives you nowhere else to fall and therefore minimises the damage, unless of course you were on the edge of a cliff, which would be particularly unfortunate, but not entirely unheard of.

Unfortunately, running away, freezing and fainting, although being useful mechanisms for avoiding death, do not take into account future social consequences, ego, or post-adrenalin feelings and emotions. The feelings of doubt, weakness and avoidance happen to everyone, even if it is for a millisecond. The difference is how we deal with them. Feeling fear due to natural adrenalin can be crippling, and can result in anxiety and panic. If we recognise the doubts and fears we have are normal then we can face them head on and deal with them.

My personal experiences have helped me understand and deal with the effects of adrenalin and the resulting emotions. Whenever I do something new that takes me way out of my comfort zone, such as committing to a job interview, doing a charity parachute jump, or get ready to speak in public, I get an initial squirt of adrenalin that always makes me doubt myself the second I have agreed to the deed. Anyone who has agreed to be a best man at a friend’s wedding will tell you that adrenalin will mess with your head from the second you agree until the moment the task is accomplished. That is why you will often hear a speech started with the classic “Being asked to be a best man is a little bit like being asked to make love to the queen; it is a tremendous honour, but you don’t really want to do it.

Animals have a single-minded natural instinct to survive. They don’t spend hours worrying about what other animals will think of them if they run away from the scary bear or angry lion, they simply run away to live another day. Humans have the gift of free will, and with it, the ability to imagine every possibility. We have the freedom to choose whether to focus on the negatives or positives. Whether you expect success or failure, failing something that is important to you can be devastating. The best way to deal with loss or failure is to be in a healthy, strong frame of mind, so you may as well take an optimistic outlook and enjoy the journey, that way you will be in better condition to handle it. Imagine the best and create a positive outlook. We are all blessed with imagination and, bizarrely, your brain can’t tell the difference between what has really happened and what you created in your imagination.

Some war veterans have suggested that “Optimism is the foundation of courage”, as Nicholas Murray Butler says. All soldiers feel fear during battle; it is absolutely normal. The soldiers who have been labelled as brave are often the ones who made the decision to either not think about the consequences of an action at all, or they went to great lengths to only see the best outcomes for their actions, e.g. “When we go over the top, if I refuse, I will be court marshalled and shot by my own side; if I die, all this madness will be over, and if I get injured, but not killed, they will send me home to be looked after by pretty nurses.”

“Pessimism has never won a battle.” ~ Dwight D Eisenhower

As we know, life unfortunately involves quite a bit of suffering. A solution and possible key to happiness is the ability to overcome suffering through focused optimism. I think that the purpose of life is to learn how to maintain optimism in the face of adversity, through constant practice and faith that it is all happening for a reason. I believe that single-minded optimism is the key to happiness. Most of us are not soldiers, but we need to train ourselves and practise being optimistic every day so that we can develop our own courage to face the challenges of daily life.

Mental attitude is like a lens to adrenalin. Like a kid focusing the sun’s rays with a magnifying glass to burn a piece of paper, optimism can focus the effects of adrenalin and produce intense and useful energy and power. Conversely, negative thoughts and pessimism magnify its effects, rendering you scared and powerless.

Adrenalin + Optimism + Action = Courage & Strength

Adrenalin + Pessimism + Inaction = Fear & Weakness

There are levels of optimism that need to be considered with care as most things too extreme can be dangerous. Relentless optimism is very powerful and has got many people through seemingly impossible situations, but it has its time and place. There is an excellent book called Adrift: 76 Days Lost At Sea, which is a memoir by Steven Callahan about his survival in a life raft in the Atlantic ocean; a terrifying ordeal alone at sea in a damaged inflatable life raft. This feat of survival would definitely have required relentless optimism otherwise Steven would have just curled up and died of thirst within the first few days. However, there are types of “blind optimism” linked to survival in which nothing will stop the protagonist from trying to achieve his goal. A spawning salmon swimming upstream in flood waters will do so until utterly exhausted; a fanatical mountain climber may push himself to the absolute physical and mental limit trying to reach the summit at any cost.

“The feeling of fear (adrenalin) is as natural as the feelings of hunger and thirst. When you feel hungry, you don’t panic, you eat. When you feel thirsty you don’t panic, you drink. So if it is fear – you don’t panic, you do.” ~ Cus Damatio

I have very exciting news to share with you. Dr Natan Monsores, an Associate Professor of Public Health at University of Brasília, has invited me to partner with he and his associates in conducting a pioneering epidemiological scientific research study of people with ALS in Brazil. I am thankful to a person with ALS from Brazil named Carlos who informed me of non-published survey results from the majority of the people with ALS in Brazil.

The findings were consistent with my ideas about the possibility of psychological stress and other factors playing a role in the development of ALS. I told Carlos, who was instrumental in working with others to achieve obtain survey results from over 1,400 Brazilians with ALS, that I would like to be a co-investigator in a follow up study that would be published in a peer reviewed scientific research journal. Through some networking, I finally received the invitation from Dr Monsores. I am so grateful for Carlos helping me have this opportunity to advance the knowledge of mind/body factors in ALS!

Dr Monsores informed me that in Brazil they have a national ethics advisory committee (CONEP) that must authorize this kind of research. So far, Dr Francesco Pagnini, a research fellow at Catholic University of Milan, Italy and a member of my THE HEALERS campaign scientific research advisory team, will be on my team with this study along the researchers in Brazil.

With love and gratitude,

BEYOND STATISTICS – By Becki Hawkins

When They Do Not Go Softly Into the Night

I have had the honor of being with so many as they ‘transition’ to the other side. Many have been of the movie scenario quality with loved ones around the bed sharing stories, singing favorite songs, lovingly giving permission for their Mother/Father/child/spouse/dear one to go.

It doesn’t always happen that way. Sometimes that dear one is still mad, hateful in moments, blasting tired relatives and friends with cursing, and daring a minister to step inside.

One acquaintance called me one day. “What in the Sam hill am I supposed to do with Daddy? He is cussing at my siblings and my poor tired Mom and acts like he might fist fight with the nurses. This isn’t him. Will he stay mad until the end? Because if you think he will, I’m outta here! And I’m taking Mama with me!”

When I do an assessment of ‘the big picture’ there are hints along the way for this behavior. Sometimes it has to do with a change in brain chemistry due to metastatic disease, drugs to help with pain or anxiety, or they are just plain angry. Why? Especially with men I’ve heard them tell me they don’t like losing their independence. They do not always do well with someone strange entering their private home and suggesting they consider a hospital bed or cutting back on their salt intake, or trying to give their pain medication the consideration of routine dosing around the clock to keep the blood level even to avoid playing ‘catch up’ if doses are missed. It comes down to thinking they have lost control of their lives, their independence. Who are they going to yell at? Often it’s the ones closest to them: spouse, child, parent, partner, doctor, nurse, dog…..

When the weary family members try to take it all in stride along with their physical stress, prepatory grieving process, lack of sleep, they are tempted to walk out the front door and not return. It is tempting!!

Loss of a loved one is hard enough when everyone is supporting one another and the patient is comfortable, at peace with the process, and tenderly expressing thanks for each one there.

But the reality of life is there are times when we call in the Hospice team and say, “Can you help me out here? Can you look with fresh eyes at this and point me to where and how I sit with this anger and not take it personally? Do you have a volunteer that can objectively sit here while I walk around the block or drive a few miles out to a park?”

And that is a great idea! Move away from the scene for a while if at all possible. Breathe and then remind yourself you may not be able to ‘make it all ok’ no matter what you say or do. It is what it is. Sit with your grief, your heartache, your sadness and honor those feelings. Then give yourself permission to return with full understanding Mom might move into a different space before this is all done and wrap her arms around you. Or Mom may go into a coma and you will sit in peace and quiet a few hours or a few days before her vital organs stop. Or Mom could very well be angry to the bitter end.

These are questions in many hearts of patients that often aren’t voiced. “Can you sit with me in my pain? In my anger? In my fear?”

“Will you see past my outburst? Will you forgive me? Will you still love me?”

One sibling pulled me into an empty living room while his Dad was ranting and raving. His sister refused to leave Dad alone. She ignored his ‘spells’ and would hum or do needlepoint or rock in the padded bedside rocker seemingly untouched.

Paul was wringing his hands, “I can’t sit in there. Does that make me the ‘bad’ child? I don’t know what to say. I can’t ignore him when he is saying those horrible things. My sister acts like she can’t hear it. They are both making me nuts!”

Be honest with where you are. One sibling may stay in the kitchen fixing supper for everyone. One sibling may do outside yard work or care for livestock. One may work on financial and insurance papers. And one may sit at the bedside. No one is more worthy. All are worthy. Don’t judge where you are or where they are. Thank one another for whatever they are doing and don’t try to make them fit a mold they don’t fit into.

Unconditional love, genuine forgiveness, and respect go a long ways. Talk to your priests, your ministers, your grief group, your best friend or write about it. No one escapes this. One day it will be us.

How are you moving towards your destination? Is your focus, awareness, thought choices, and behavior moving in there in the most beautiful manifestation possible? The Sufi way is to “walk” straight with attention always on God in the heart. Our goal is to not look left and to not look right, at the voices of the ego; rather, the promise I made to my spiritual guide, Sidi Muhammad, was to always focus on remembering God in my heart. In my experience walking straight, continually cleaning the heart with the remembrance of God, brings deeper and deeper beauty in my life. It is hard to even put into words. Experiencing the greatest oneness with God is my number one goal in this life. The more I become a slave to God, the happier I am and the more amazing my life gets.

I just spent about 75 minutes with 2 beautiful Muslim brothers who are really brothers. They were praising God with me, which is such a powerful use of attention and the heart. I found myself sobbing deeply as I contemplated on the love of Allah, which I understand as One and all that really exists. My legs were shaking uncontrollably, because my wailing activated neurological problems. Every time I looked up, I saw 2 compassionate men showing love. They helped me with some prayers and a little bit of Arabic. I have so many wonderful relationships and there is something beautiful about hanging out with other people who are committed to knowing God deeply. We all help one another with our focus on God.

I am so fortunate. Also, I was the topic of a presentation by Coco Newton, MPH, RD, CCN at the national PLMI Thought Leaders Consortium. Furthermore, the brilliant Harvard University Medical School scientific researcher, Dr Martha Herbert, who attended Coco’s presentation, is now on my scientific research team. This is the author of The Autism Revolution. I am very excited about how we might work together with ALS research!

Thank you for your interest and support for THE HEALERS campaign.

With love and gratitude,

Earlier this week, I received an invitation from the editor of the International Journal of Psychological Studies (IJPS) to submit my next scientific research manuscript to IJPS, because they read my first peer reviewed ALS scientific research publication and are interested in my innovative research. This was very exciting because THE HEALERS campaign is currently involved in two ALS mind/body medicine scientific research studies which could be appropriate for this peer reviewed journal which is interested in interdisciplinary scientific research.

I woke up this Sunday morning, still basking in gratitude regarding the IJPS invitation, to an email letter invitation from the Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) requesting that I submit a scientific research manuscript to one their peer reviewed scientific journals. The journals of the Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) in which I would possibly be interested in publishing my future ALS scientific research Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, American Journal of Applied Psychology (AJAP), International Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences (IJNFS), and the Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences (JFNS).

Dr Francesco Pagnini and I have already conducted an innovative ALS dietary scientific research study that we need to write up for publication, and the latter two nutrition sciences journals could be appropriate for that paper. I believe that they may also be appropriate for the ALS dietary study which Dr Pagnini, Dr Deborah Gelinas, Dr Roger Newton, Coco Newton, MPH, RD, CCN and myself are planning, “Comparison of commercially available processed versus whole foods enteral formulas on quality of life, nutritional, physical, and metabolic parameters in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.”

Here is some information about the four journals of the Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) that are of interest to THE HEALERS campaign, followed by the letter of invitation to submit a scientific research paper:

Psychology and Behavioral Sciences is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles, critical reviews, research notes and short communications in the areas of psychology and behavioral sciences. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. The full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. Submissions of original articles in English from scientists around the world on relevant subjects are welcome.

American Journal of Applied Psychology (AJAP) is truly international outlet for the scholarly dissemination of findings in applied psychology. The journal emphasizes the publication of original investigations that contribute new knowledge and understanding to fields of applied psychology. Articles are encouraged from all areas of applied psychology including, but not limited to, organizational, cross-cultural, educational, health, counseling, sport and environmental psychology.

International Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences (IJNFS), a broad-based journal was founded on two key tenets: To publish the most exciting researches with respect to the subjects of Nutrition and Food Sciences. Secondly, to provide a rapid turn-around time possible for reviewing and publishing and to disseminate the articles freely for research, teaching and reference purposes. IJNFS welcomes review articles, original research papers and short communications by individual researchers and research groups.

Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences (JFNS), a peer-reviewed open access journal published bimonthly in English-language, aims to foster a wider academic interest in food and nutrition field, and offers an important forum for researchers to exchange the latest results from research on human nutrition broadly and food-related nutrition in particular. Research articles, field process reports, short communications, book reviews, symposia proceedings and review articles are accepted. Generally, review articles on some topic of special current interest will be published.

Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) Letter:

“Dear Researcher,

Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) is an independent international publisher of 50+ open access, online, peer-reviewed journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines.

From the Internet, we get one of your original creative research paper titled Resentment, Hate, and Hope in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis published in Front Psychol. We expect you describe the state-of-the-art in this field, such as the new contributions, ideas, or clarifications that resulted after the paper was presented. We expect your revised and extended paper will be published in our journals! …”

Currently, I am working almost non-stop on innovative ALS scientific research, without pay, and raising money for my basic healthcare and caregiving needs. I pray that THE HEALERS campaign begins to receive support for the new commerce program that THE HEALERS co-founder, Carl Polonyi, is helping to develop with the intention that THE HEALERS innovative ALS scientific research may be funded so that we may make more advances and so I may focus more on research and not raising money for my basic survival needs. The program is a fabulous opportunity for any business that utilizes credit processing services.

Businesses who participate will pay the same or less than they currently are for their processing needs, 20% of net processing fees will go to support THE HEALERS ALS research mission, and participating businesses will be showcased on an upcoming “Patrons of THE HEALERS” page with a link to their businesses. Please click HERE to learn more, and for information to contact Peter Albrecht for a free consultation regarding a beautiful win-win opportunity that will benefit your business while supporting THE HEALERS ALS scientific research campaign.

Gratefully Yours,

Dr Craig

How to be the hero of you own life

By Phillip Groom, author of ‘Heroic Quest – An Optimists Guide to Life’

Whether you like it or not, life is a never-ending series of quests. A clever chap called Joseph John Campbell noticed that all myths and legends follow a similar pattern. He travelled the world investigating stories and folklore and wrote a book entitled The Hero with a Thousand Faces. In the book it says that basically all myths follow a basic cyclical formula, comprising of tests and trials that have to be passed in order for one to win the ultimate prize. Similarly, in our everyday lives, when faced with challenges, we also follow a cycle of feelings and actions until the quest is complete.

The Heroic Quest cycle, by Joseph Campbell (1904-1987)

First off, we are called to action in order to sort out a problem that has cropped up in our life. We initially refuse to accept the challenge because generally we don’t like change and try to avoid it. Then we face a load of unavoidable issues and complexities that force us to cross “the threshold” and accept the adventure. Then the quest really heats up. On the way, we face tests and trials in which we are assisted by friends and helpers. This goes on for a bit, but we stay the course because it is character building and we are committed. Eventually we overcome the obstacles, usually with a really meaty “ultimate challenge” and finally return home with the prize to a hero’s welcome; brilliant! Then it all starts all over again because that’s what life does, whether we like it or not.

I was first introduced to the Heroic Quest cycle at a business seminar, where it was used to illustrate the series of events that are faced by sales people every day. The basic gist in the commercial world is that challenges occur that prevent sales. They tend to be difficult to overcome, so they are avoided, until the boss tells you to sort them out. You realise that targets may not be achieved and that you may lose your job, so you try to find solutions. This requires help from colleagues and customer advocates. A comprehensive business plan is executed and the deal is closed. This is then celebrated and rewarded with financial bonuses so that you remember to do it again next time.

I immediately recognised that this pattern of events was happening to me every day in my personal life and that I was facing loads of quests, big and small, every day. I decided from then on that when faced with challenges I would try to remember that it was completely normal – that it has been happening to people for thousands of years – and that if I followed the quest cycle to its natural end, I would eventually win through.

Life imitates art and vice versa! Nearly every decent adventure film you have seen follows this cycle. In Star Wars, Luke Skywalker gets the “call” from Obi-Wan and Princess Leah. Luke initially refuses (due to obligations he promised to fulfil at home), but the bad guys ransack his home and kill his family, so he has to do something. He bumps into a 7-foot hairy Wookie and a space pirate in a bar who help him battle the dark side and the Storm Troopers. Luke narrowly escapes death a few times, has a space dogfight with Darth Vadar (the villain who also happens to be his dad), blows up the death star, and finally returns with his mates to a hero’s welcome. Big party and celebration – everybody’s happy!

The Lord of the Rings trilogy is also a classic example of this cycle being used effectively. Hobbit gets call from wizard; Hobbit refuses; but evil threatens his homeland and he’s forced to start the scary journey with other Hobbits, lots of adventures; you know the drill.

Now I’m not saying that we get asked to save the world on a daily basis; however, life is full of challenges and quests for each of us. Illness, career change, divorce, bereavement, moving, changing schools, interviews, sporting events, public speaking… the list is endless. Here’s an interesting statistic: fear of public speaking is reported to be the number one fear of American adults. According to studies, public speaking is a bigger fear than death. The point is, life is a series of challenges that, as human beings, we have been tackling since we first crawled out of the primeval ooze. These quests can last 5 minutes (having a bump in your car in busy traffic), 5 hours (a job interview), 5 days (applying for a mortgage), 5 months (dealing with a relationship issue) or 5 years (a battle with a disease); the time period is variable depending on the nature and magnitude of the quest.

There is a fantastic book that illustrates beautifully the heroic quest, called Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. It is the true story of Elizabeth Gilbert (played by Julia Roberts) looking for her ‘meaning of life’; who is she and why is she here, etc. After suffering a divorce, Liz decides to do something for herself. She jets off to Rome where she eats delicious food and meets some nice people who teach her to ‘live’ and speak Italian. Next, she travels to Delhi and joins an ashram where she learns to forgive herself through prayer and meditation. She makes more friends along the way who admire her, and she changes their lives by helping them learn to love and forgive. She ends her year-long quest in Bali, where she is guided by a medicine man named Ketut. She finally lets go of her past and finds her balance in life while learning to love again.

Elizabeth summarizes her experience with a great paragraph that she calls the “Physics of the Quest”:

“If you are brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, and set out on a truth-seeking journey (either externally or internally), and if you are willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue, and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher, and if you are prepared – most of all – to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself… then truth will not be withheld from you.”

Accept the challenge and battle through the cycle until you get the prize. Challenges are part of life, they are unavoidable and they follow a pattern, so try to embrace them and tackle them with positive thinking, optimism and self-belief, because the alternative is miserable. If you can face life’s quests with a smile on your face, you are on the path to happiness.

“A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure, in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” ~ Christopher Reeve, Superman (1952-2004)

Bio

Phil was born in South Wales in the U.K., where he currently lives with his wife and daughter. Graduating as a geologist, he initially worked on oil rigs in the USA and Dutch North Sea, but for the past 20 years he has had a successful career in the highly competitive world of pharmaceutical sales, working with health care professionals and government officials.

He has a talent for ‘gisting’, which is the ability to take complex ideas explain them quickly and simply.

His humorous, conversational approach makes it feel as though Phil is speaking to you directly, giving his writing a unique and accessible style.

He has travelled extensively, picking up gems of wisdom along the way and he says he will pretty much try anything once. This has resulted in many wild adventures including being the target for a circus knife thrower in Cairo! Heroic Quest is a collection of tools, tips, facts and quotes which form an amusing and easy to use guide to achieving lasting happiness and success.

I imagine that my co-investigator, Dr Francesco Pagnini from Catholic University of Milan, Italy, will be delighted to hear this news, because I am planning on publishing my next three scientific papers with him. Hopefully, much more beyond that! Dr Pagnini and I are working hard on a groundbreaking pilot study of administering Marlise Karlin’s Simplicity of Stillness method to people with ALS and their caregivers, in a 7 week course format. God willing, participants will start the program the first week of June! We are making tremendous progress with the Harvard University ALS study that we are conducting with pioneering scientist, Dr Ellen Langer.

The invitation:

“Dear C. Oster,

I’m the editor of International Journal of Psychological Studies (IJPS).

WARNING: REAL FOOD WILL SOON BE EXTINCT

By Chris Sovey, RN BSN: founder of healthyconsumer.com

3/28/13

I’m writing this article from the heart as a call to battle. Today, President Obama signed the “Monsanto Protection Act” into law. This is despite the objection of over 250,000 concerned citizens. The implications of this legislation reach far beyond simple advancements for the chemical giant, Monsanto. The law will essentially grant unlimited power to the company for the next 6 months. Even the highest court systems will not be able to interfere with the unveiling of new experimental genetically engineered (GE) crops. Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) activist experts predict the multi-billion dollar conglomerate will push through up to a dozen new GMO projects in the next 6 months. The opposition will be powerless against the world’s first genetically engineered animal: Aquabounty’s GE Salmon.

It is important to note that GMOs cannot be considered safe for human consumption. Jeffrey Smith of The Institute For Responsible Technology has compiled extensive data regarding the safety of GMOs. Through his comprehensive research, he has demonstrated that GMOs have the potential to significantly damage every organ system in mammals. Even more concerning is the lack of a single randomized, blinded / controlled study on humans.

Meanwhile, Monsanto (along with other biotech industries like DuPont) continue to unravel untested, unsafe monstrosities such as the GE Salmon. Genetically engineered apples, GE yeast (to be used widespread in alcoholic beverages), and several others are in the works as well.

A controversial 2012 study of rats fed genetically-modified maize has created quite a stir on both sides of the debate. The French study is the longest in-vivo animal trial of GMOs to date. The study authors found that rats administered GMO feed experienced side effects such as tumor formation and several other multi-organ side effects. Other recent studies have confirmed these results.

Mothers have reported significant disturbances in the gut health of their children related to GMOs. Doctors report their patients have been relieved of chronic allergy and asthma symptoms simply from stopping a diet laced with GMOs.

Contamination of native species continues to spread rampantly. GMO corn and soybeans are estimated to make up greater than 92% of all corn/soy crops. Even shipments labeled as organic have been tested to contain up to 20% GMO content. The impact is widespread. There are now literally hundreds of food additives and ingredients derived from GMO crops. This includes not only foods but health supplements as well. In fact, the vast majority of popular supplement industries, such as NOW Foods frequently use GMO ingredients when questioned about their suppliers.

It is nearly impossible for the average consumer to keep track of all the GMO additives and ingredients. It is essentially a full-time job just to keep up with all the changes. The whole situation is becoming too complicated. When things become complicated, people are bound to get hurt. So there is only one solution:

We must stop this madness before it is too late. Parents and consumers must rise up against unlabeled GMO foods before future generations have nothing but a patented seed to eat.

As Henry Kissinger Put it: “Control the food, and you control the people.” These biotechnology industries know this, and it is exactly what they are trying (and succeeding so far) to do.

If real food matters to you…. If your health matters to you …. If your freedom matters to you …. If having a choice matters to you….
